Server Error in '/DocumentManagement' When Trying to View or Download a Sent Form

If you encounter the error message below in the Sent Forms section of the Portal, it means that the Sent Form(s) you are trying to view or download from the Portal are no longer available because they are past your Company's retention period.


Verifying the Sent Forms Retention Period
Mobile Forms Administrators can view their company's Sent Form Retention Period under Admin > Company Profile > System Settings tab. The retention period can only be changed by Field2Base. Please contact your Account Manager to learn about any costs associated with changing your retention period.


Note: If you change the retention period, the change will ONLY apply to Sent Forms starting from the date the retention period was updated in the Portal.
