Field2Base Technical Support
Field2Base offers Technical Support to the Field2Base Administrators identified by your company. End Users are encouraged to contact their company's Field2Base Administrators directly. Field2Base Administrators can contact the Field2Base Support Team on their behalf as necessary.
The Support Team is available weekdays 9-5 (ET) but you can open a ticket anytime and the Support Team will respond as soon as they are available.
You can open a Technical Support ticket in the following ways:
- Send an email to f2bsupport@field2base.com.
- Call 919.462.8500 and select option 2 for Technical Support.
- Use the chat at the bottom of the Help Center page.
- Click on Submit a Ticket at the bottom of the page. You must be logged in to the Help Center to use this option.
