Highlighted Features
Added a New System Setting and Filter to Control the Region Filters Display in the Work Orders Section (SB-3466)
The ability to view Form Template Region Filters in the Admin > Work Orders section was added as part of our Portal 11.28.2023 Release (SB-3434). Some Work Order Dispatchers do not need to see the columns for Region Filter data so we added a new checkbox filter, "Display Region Filters in Table", to the Admin > Work Orders section. The filter is checked by default but can be unchecked to allow a simplified table view.
We also added a setting, "Display Region Filters by Default in the Work Orders section's Table", to the Admin > Company Profile > System Settings section. Mobile Forms Administrators can uncheck this company-wide setting to default to not display Region Filters in the Work Orders table.

Created a New Users & Groups Report in the Report Section (SB-3462)
We updated and consolidated the existing reports that pertained to Users and Groups so that Mobile Forms Administrators and Reporters can now view relevant information in one place. This is part of a larger effort to reorganize the Reports section of the Portal. The new Users & Groups Report replace the following legacy reports:
- User Details Report - now available in the User Details tab. We added a "Display Require SSO Login" checkbox which is only visible for companies that have SSO enabled.
- Group Details Report - now available in the Group Details tab.
- Personnel Details - now available in the User Personnel Details tab. This report is only available if the Personnel feature is enabled for your company. Please contact your Account Manager if you have questions or would like to enable Personnel feature for your company.
- Device Users Detailed Report - now available in the User Device Details tab.
- User Login Report - now available in the User Last Portal Login Report tab. We added a column to display User Roles.
- Idle Users - now available in the Idle Users Report tab.
The legacy reports will remain available until the next Portal release. Please refer to the
Users & Groups Report article for details and to the
Reports Section of the Help Center for more information on all available reports.
Clean Up the E-Mail Template Editor UI in the E-Mail Templates Section (SB-3486)
Mobile Forms Administrators now have a clearer E-Mail Template Editor to create or edit E-Mail Templates. We added the ability to format text with italics, removed the unused Foundation Framework option and updated the preview link to a Preview in Browser button.
Updated the Password Generator to Respect Company Password Policy Settings for Digits and Symbols when Enabled. (SB-3481)
The random passwords generated when creating or editing Users or resetting their password through the Forgot Password tool no longer includes digits or symbols if that is part of the company's password policy settings . The random password will still have 8 mixed case characters even if the minimum password length setting is less than 8 characters and/or the password requires mixed case setting is disabled.
Mobile Forms Administrators can still override those defaults by setting the password directly in Users section of the Portal instead of using a random password.

Minor Enhancements
Removed the Anonymous User from the Possible Recipients drop-down list on the Edit Mandatory Recipients page in the Admin > Form Templates section. (SB-3483)
Updated the Users drop-down list to be sorted by username when creating and editing Folders in the Admin > Folders section. (SB-3484)
Bug Fixes
Fixed the Require User to Always Login using SSO Setting Not Being Enabled by Default when the System Setting is Enabled in the Users Section (SB-3474)
The "Require User to Always Login using SSO" setting in Admin > Users > User Profile is now enabled by default if the "Require Users to Always Login using SSO" is enabled in Admin > Company Profile > System Settings.
Usernames are now displayed instead of users' first and last names in the Possible Recipients drop-down list when editing Recipients for a Form in the Admin > Form Templates section.
Fixed the ClearImage Script Call Displaying an Error Message in Web App (SB-3498)
An error message is no longer displayed when using the Region.clearImage() Script call while filling out Forms in the Web App.
Fixed performance issues for some customers when editing Mandatory Recipients in the Admin > Form Templates section.
Hotfixed on 2/5/2024
Fixed an issue with not being able to use periods in Usernames when editing Users in the Admin > Users section.
Hotfixed on 2/5/2024
Increased the timeout period from 1 minute to 5 minutes to prevent an error, "Error: This authorization attempt is expired", when trying to log in to the Mobile Forms app using SSO.
