Product Enhancements
Added the Ability to Determine the Always Required to Login using SSO Setting for Users in User E-Mail Templates (SB-3568)
A new "SSORequired" keyword is available when creating User E-Mail Templates to determine if the User is required to always login to the Portal using SSO. This keyword can be used in if statements in the HTML code of E-Mail Templates with the User category in the Admin > E-Mail Templates section. This keyword was added so that Users who are always required to log in using SSO can get different instructions than Users who are allowed to log in using Field2Base credentials.
- {{#if SSORequired}}
- <strong>Log in with SSO</strong>
- {{else}}
- <strong>Password: {{Password}}</strong>
- {{/if}}
An icon is now displayed on the Form Templates and the Folders Sections if a Workflow Definition is being applied to all Forms in a Folder. This makes it clearer which Forms have specific Workflow Definitions applied versus Workflow Definitions being applied to the Folder they are in.
Updated the To Property for E-Mail and Text Message Steps in Workflow to Allow Multiple E-Mail Addresses and Phone Numbers (SB-3622)
Workflow Publishers can now list multiple e-mail addresses or phone numbers without having to create separate To properties in E-Mail and Text Message steps in Workflow Definitions. Multiple e-mail addresses or phone numbers need to be separated with semicolons and no spaces.
The Shared Form Work Order links that are included in E-Mails sent from Custom Workflows now use the embedded version instead of the version with the F2B Header so that F2B logo is not displayed on customer forms.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the Import Device Process Failing when an Existing Device is in the Import CSV File in the Devices Section (SB-3593)
Mobile Forms Administrators can now use the Bulk Import Devices process in the Admin > Devices section even if the CSV file contains devices that are already active in their company. The import process has been updated to skip over those existing devices.
Updated User Device Details Report to Match Column Order Compared to Devices Page (SB-3606)
The order of columns related to Device Type and Platform in the Reports > Users & Groups Report > User Device Details tab has been updated to match the column order in the Admin > Devices section. We made this update to make it easier to compare the two tables.
