Overview
Mobile Forms Administrators have the ability to quickly create multiple new Users by using the Bulk Create Users feature.
Accessing Bulk Create Users
1. Navigate to Admin > Users.
2. Click on Bulk Actions.
3. Select Create Users.
Creating the Bulk Import File
1. Click the Click here to download the CSV Template for Bulk Contact Imports button to download the CSV template.
2. Open the "F2B_Bulk_Action_1_Template.csv" file from your downloads.
3. Enter the following information for each User:
- Username (required)
- Password (optional) - must conform to your Company password requirements. See the System Settings section in the Company Profile article for more information on how to view and reset your password requirements. You can leave this field blank and choose to auto-generate passwords when you import the file instead of manually setting individual passwords.
- First Name (required)
- Middle Name (optional)
- Last Name (required)
- E-Mail Address (required)
- Phone (optional)
- Fax (optional)
- Folders (optional) - must be available Folders on your Company. You can enter multiple Folders separated by commas and no spaces.
- Groups (optional) - must be available Groups on your Company. You can enter multiple Groups separated by commas and no spaces.
- Roles (optional) - must be available Roles on your Company. You can enter multiple Roles separated by commas and no spaces. See the article on Roles in the Portal for more information on Roles.
- Optional Form Recipient (optional) - True or False
Only Available if Corresponding Feature is Enabled for your Company
- Require SSO (optional) - only available for companies with Single Sign On enabled
- PIN (optional) - only available for companies with PIN enabled
- Personnel ID (optional) - only available for companies with Personnel enabled
- Personnel Type (optional) - only available for companies with Personnel enabled
- Job Title (optional) - only available for companies with Personnel enabled
- Mobile Number (optional) - only available for companies with Personnel enabled
- Default Location (optional) - only available for companies with Personnel enabled
- Default Group (optional) - only available for companies with Personnel enabled

Importing Your Create Users File
1. Select additional Password options for all the Users as needed.
- Password Never Expires - unchecked by default. Check this box if you do not want the password to expire.
- Auto-generate Password upon creation - unchecked by default. Check this box if you have not manually set passwords in your import file.
- Force Password Change on Next Login - unchecked by default. Check this box if you want your Users to reset their own passwords when they first log in.
- Allow use of Forgot Password Tool for Password Resets - checked by default. Uncheck this box if you do not want to allow Users to use the Forgot Password tool and force them to go through the Company Mobile Forms Admin to reset their password.
- Send Login Credentials in E-Mail - unchecked by default. Check this box if you want to email all of your new Users their login credentials.
2. Click on the Choose File button and select your bulk import file.
3. Click on Submit.
4. You will receive a confirmation email including any errors encountered while creating any of your Users.
