Recommended Steps for Quick Rollout

Admin Training

Before your company starts using Field2Base, your company's primary Administrator for Field2Base will need to learn the basic administrative functions to manage your Users, Devices, and Forms in the Field2Base Portal. The Portal Quick Start Guide includes links to Tutorial Videos and describes all areas of the Portal that the Mobile Forms Administrators will need to familiarize themselves with. The article describing the Mobile Forms Administrator Responsibilities will give you an overview of the primary Administrator's role long-term.

Choose and Create Your First Form

We recommend choosing a basic but often used form to get started using Mobile Forms. This will ensure that your Users get familiar with the Field2Base platform as easily as possible. Field2Base will create your first form as part of your onboarding process so that you can get started quickly.

Apply Workflow (Optional)

You can apply a basic workflow to add the ability to edit, approve or send back your form once it has been submitted from the field. Custom workflows are available to Enterprise accounts and are created by the Field2Base Professional Services team.

Pilot and Finalize Your First Form

We recommend that you choose a small group of users (5-10) who will be able to provide useful feedback before rolling out the form to all users. This pilot group should be trained to use your specific form in the field for a set period of time (1-2 weeks) and then provide suggestions for easier use and quicker adoption for your company.

Roll Out to All Users

Your primary Admin should train all users on how to install and use Mobile Forms before making the first form available to all users. This Mobile Forms User Guide can be used as a training resource and reference for your Users.
