Bug Fixes

Fixed Region Filter Values Not Being Recorded when Dispatching Work Orders Using the EDM and the REST API (SB-3457)

We added the ability to use Form Template Region Filters with Work Orders (SB-3434) in the Portal 11.28.2023 Release but the Region Filter Values were only being recorded for Work Orders created from the Portal. Consequently, we added the ability to record Region Values for Region Filters when Work Orders are created or edited using the Enterprise Dispatch Module (EDM) and the Work Orders Endpoint in the REST API.

Fixed Performance Issues for Customers with a Large Set of Devices in the Download Traffic Report in the Portal (SB-3456)

We fixed an issue where customers with a large set of devices were experiencing time out issues when trying to view the Download Traffic Report.
