Create a Basic Workflow - Session Length: 15 min

Overview

A Basic Workflow adds an approval step when a Form is sent from a Mobile Device, allowing it to be edited then approved/rejected/re-assigned. This training session is intended for Mobile Forms Administrators and/or Workflow Administrators who will be creating Basic Workflows and training their Company's Users on how to access their Queues in Workflow.

Objectives

After completing this training, you should be able to:
  1. Train your Company's Users on how to access their Queues and the actions available to them in Workflow
  2. Create a Basic Workflow
  3. Manage your Company's Groups
  4. Understand the difference between Recipient Groups and Mandatory Recipients for a Form
  5. Have a general understanding of additional workflow options available with Custom Workflows
