If you have text missing from Regions in the PDF version of a Sent Form, it is likely due to the slight font differences between the digital Form (in the Mobile Forms app) and the PDF version that is rendered. It is possible that the text is slight too large to fit into the Region dimensions on the PDF version and will not be rendered. You will need to contact the Mobile Forms Administrator or the person(s) who create Forms for your company. Form designers can refer to the article on Creating Regions for details on how to modify Regions as needed.

1. Increase the size of the Region if there is enough space. 

2. Reduce the font size for the text in the Region.
