Overview
The Downloads Section of the Portal is a repository for the current versions of the Mobile Forms and Integration product downloads available to a company. The available products depend on the company's license tier. Companies enrolled in the Field2Base Beta program will have access to the latest beta builds in addition to the general release builds.
Access the product downloads is also restricted based on the Role of the User. For example, a User with the Form Publisher Role will only be able to download Forms Designer while a Mobile Forms Administrator will have access to all products available to their company. Please read the article on Roles in the Portal for more details.
Downloads Page
To navigate to the Downloads page, click on Downloads on the side menu.
Note: If you do not see the Downloads section and believe that you should, please reach out to your Company's Field2Base Administrator(s) to review your access to the Portal.
The Downloads page has two possible sections; Mobile Forms Suite and Integration Suite. The Mobile Forms Suite product downloads include Forms Designer and the Mobile Forms apps. The Integration Suite product downloads (if available to your company) include the Data Integration Module, Data Upload Utility and Enterprise Dispatch Module.

B. Platform
C. Version - Click on the version number to view the applicable Release Notes for each version.
D. Minimum OS Version - This is the minimum OS version needed to run the application.
E. Description - Describes the type of build and the general release date for the version.
F. Download Install Guide - Click on the link to view the installation guide for each version.
G. Download Application - Click on the Download button to download the desired application.
H. E-Mail Installation Instructions - Click on the Select an Action button then click Send to send the installation e-mail to the User(s) you select. You can click on View E-Mail to preview the e-mail that will be sent.
