Portal Display Issues

If the Field2Base Portal is not displaying correctly, there are a few possible solutions. The Field2Base Compatibility and Supported Platforms/Browsers article provides the current compatibility details for our all products including the Portal.

Change the Zoom Setting in your Browser
If your Device's browser zoom setting is set to more that 100%, you may have issues viewing some parts of the Portal.

Change the Scale & Layout Settings (Windows 11)
1. Open the Start Menu > Settings > System > Display.

2. Scroll to the Scale & layout section.


3. Select a new option from the Scale drop-down. Displayed items will appear larger as the scale increases.

4. Adjust the scale percentage until the buttons at the bottom of the Select Pages window appear.
