Portal 12.16.2025 Release Notes

Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Add Validation to the End Date Date Picker for Date Range Filters in the Portal (SB-4169)

Updated the Date Picker for Date Range Filters throughout the entire Portal to gray out and disable dates for the End Date field that are older than the Start Date selected. Additionally, the number of the week was removed from Date Pickers.

Update the Document Scan Region UI Options to Be More User Friendly in Web App (SB-4171)

Updated the UI for the Document Scan Region's pop-up window to use blue as the cropping selector, added the ability to re-size the cropping selector from all sides and corners, added a Maintain Aspect Ratio checkbox option to prevent unintentional skewing, and cleaned up when Rotate and Crop can be used throughout the process in the Web App.

Add a New System Setting for Defaulting the E-Mail Notifications when Creating Work Orders in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4176)

Added a new "Set the E-Mail Notification Default when Creating Work Orders" System Setting to the Admin > Company Profile > System Settings tab that will now set the default value for the Send E-Mail to the Assigned User option when creating and importing Work Orders in the Portal. Editing Work Orders remains defaulted to No for the same option, and when using the Fields pages when creating or editing Work Orders, there is no change.

Update the Load Work Order Window to Match the Import Work Order Window in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4177)

Updated the Load Work Order pop-up window to more closely match the Import Work Order pop-up window and allow Users to drag and drop XML files instead of always using a file browser window in the Admin > Work Orders Section of the Portal.

Update the HTML Sanitization to Not Replace Non-RGB Color Values when Saving E-Mail Templates in the Portal (SB-4201)

Updated the HTML sanitization process to not replace RGB and Hex Color values with RGBA Color values when saving E-Mail Templates in the Admin > E-Mail Templates section of the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Investigate Timeouts when Loading History for Companies with Large Sets of Data in the Workflow Section of the Portal (SB-4173)

Investigation completed. Timeouts were initially occurring in the Workflow > My History section of the Portal for Companies with long Workflow histories after the Portal 11.18.2025 Release. Upon further review, the timeouts stopped occurring so the current conclusion is that timeouts may occur at peak traffic times. Users are recommended to wait a few minutes and try again if they encounter the timeout. No further actions will be taken at this time.
