Overview

Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Add Data Storage Statistics Chart to the Home Dashboard in the Portal (SB-3768)

Added a new Data Storage Statics Chart to the Home Dashboard in the Portal that details the amount of storage taken up by Sent Forms and the Company's total storage.

Add New Download PDF Option to the Quick Actions in the Workflow > My Queue Section of the Portal (SB-3790)

Added a new Download PDF option to the Actions drop-down list for Sent Forms in the Workflow > My Queue section of the Portal.

Add a New Use Form Title for PDF Filenames in Workflow Setting to the System Settings Tab in the Admin > Company Profile Section of the Portal (SB-3791)

Added a new "Use Form Title for PDF Filenames in Workflow" setting to the System Settings tab in the Admin > Company Profile section of the Portal. When this new setting is enabled, it will use the Form Title instead of the REF# as the filename for any PDFs generated in the Workflow sections.

Update the Assigned To Field to Only Display Users Associated with the Selected Folder on the Create and Edit Work Order Pages in the Portal (SB-3793)

Updated the Assigned To field to only display Users associated with the currently selected Folder on the Create and Edit Work Order pages in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.

Add a Shared Forms Counts to the Licensing Reports in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-3796)

Updated the Reseller Licensing Report and the Referral Licensing Report in the Reports section of the Portal to now have a tab for Shared Form counts for a Reseller or Partner's linked Companies.

Add the Ability to Use PDFs in Document Scan Regions in Web App (SB-3797)

Updated the Document Scan Region Type to allow selecting a page in a PDF to be imported into the Region Value when filling out Forms in the Web App. If the PDF in question has more than a single page, the User will be prompted to select one of the pages to convert and load into the Document Scan Region.

Updated the Document Scan Region Type to allow selecting a page in a PDF to be imported into the Region Value when filling out Forms in the Form Viewer in Workflow. If the PDF in question has more than a single page, the User will be prompted to select one of the pages to convert and load into the Document Scan Region.

Add New Option to Define the Link Type Used when Creating Shared Form Work Orders in the REST API (SB-3802)

Added a new option to define the Link Type (F2B Header or Embedded) when creating Shared Form Work Orders in the Work Orders Endpoint in the REST API.

Add New Option to Define the Link Type Used when Creating Shared Form Work Orders in Custom Workflow Definitions (SB-3803)

Added a new option to define the Link Type (F2B Header or Embedded) when creating Shared Form Work Orders in Custom Workflow Definitions in Workflow.

Add the Ability to Create Work Order Names Using Regions Filled Out when Creating or Editing Work Orders in the Portal (SB-3804)

Added the ability to use Region Values instead of always being required to manually type in the Work Order Name when creating or editing Work Orders in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.

Add a Sort Filter to the Blank Forms Section to the Web App (SB-3807)

Added a new Sort Filter to the Blank Forms section of the Web App to match the Sort options in the Mobile Forms Apps. Additionally, a new Set Blank Forms Sort Order config has been added to the Configurations tab in the Admin > Company Profile section of the Portal.

Add Option to Use E-Mail Templates when Creating Shared Form Work Orders in the REST API (SB-3835)

Added the ability to define an EmailTemplateName in the NotificationMessage property when creating Shared Form Work Orders in the Work Orders Endpoint in the REST API. The E-Mail Template specified in the call should contain the {{SharedFormWorkOrderURL}} Keyword to ensure the Link is accessible to the Recipient.

Update the REST API to Not Require Any Product Features Be Enabled when Publishing Forms (SB-3836)

Updated the appropriate Form and Folder Endpoints in the REST API to no longer require the REST API Product Feature to be enabled to prevent issues with publishing Form Templates after Single-Sign On was implemented.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Datasource Regions Invoking Twice when Set during Form Initialization in Web App (SB-3800)

Fixed an issue with Datasource Regions getting invoked twice during a new Form Draft's initialization when filling out Forms in the Web App resulting in repeated sets of unused data results being stored in the Form Draft.

Investigate and Fix the Associated Folder Filter Not Working in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-3825)

Fixed an issue with the Associated Folder Filter not working in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal. Only Work Orders created after this case was implemented will have the proper Folder Association so existing Work Orders will still not show properly.

Investigate and Fix the Folder Name Filter Not Displaying Correctly when Editing Work Orders in the Portal (SB-3826)

Fixed an issue with the Folder Name not getting populated correctly when editing Work Orders in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.

Investigate and Fix Issues with Checkboxes Getting Saved with False Values when Not Checked when Creating Work Orders in the Portal (SB-3828)

Fixed an issue with Checkbox Region values incorrectly being saved with a "false" value even though they were not checked during the Work Order creation in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.

Investigate and Fix the "Could Not Load Draft Object" Error when First Loading Forms in the Workflow Sections of the Portal (SB-3845)

Fixed an issue with third party libraries displaying a "Could not load draft object" error message when a Form is first loaded in the Workflow > Admin and Workflow > My Queue sections of the Portal. Hotfix deployed on 11/21/2024.
