Update the Download Traffic Report to Still Display Inactive Resources in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4139)
Updated the query used by the Download Traffic Report to include inactive resources (i.e. Form Templates, Form Data Files, and Work Orders) in the Reports section of the Portal.
Research and Increase the Character Limit for the Text Message Step in Workflow using Twilio (SB-4141)
Research completed. The Text Message Step's Body for Custom Workflow Definitions now uses a maximum character limit of 6000 characters which is the maximum the third-party Twilio solution offers.
Bug Fixes
Updated Web App to not allow Users not assigned to a Work Order to be able to open and send the Form in the scenario where multiple Users were sharing the same PC and accidentally able to access Work Orders not assigned to their User.
Remove the Device Activity Reports from the Reports > Other Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4147)
Removed the Device Activity Reports subsection (that included the Dashboard (Tablet) Report and the Provisioning Tablet Hardware Report) from the Reports > Other Reports section of the Portal because they no longer loaded correctly on all Companies after the new Reports > Devices Report was added to the Portal.
Investigation completed on 11/4/2025. Based on the logs, the Users were attempting to use an e-mail address that was not their own and it was causing conflicts with matching up the User in the Portal and what was being provided by the SSO IDP. No further action is required.
Investigate and Fix Access Denied Errors in Web App and Workflow (SB-4164)
Fixed an Access Denied issue with the Web Application Firewall (WAF) blocking the ability to save Notes when reviewing Forms in Workflow. Hotfix deployed on 11/4/2025. Additionally, fixed an Access Denied issue with not being able to save values into Document Scan Regions when filling out Forms in Web App and Workflow. Hotfix deployed on 11/5/2025.
