Portal 10.15.2024 Release Notes

Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Add the Ability to Use the Change Folder Action on Multiple Form Templates in the Portal (SB-3728)

Added a Change Folder button to the table in the Admin > Form Templates section of the Portal that allows Mobile Forms Administrators, Form Publishers, or Users with Custom Roles that have the Form Management Permission to move multiple Form Templates to new Folder associations.

Add Priority to the Responses for All GET Calls in the Work Orders Endpoint in the REST API (SB-3729)

Updated all of the Work Order GET Endpoints to include the Priority value in the response object for the Work Order in the REST API. If there is no Priority set, then null is returned in the response object.

Change the Assign Workflow Field's Label in the Form Viewer in Workflow in the Portal (SB-3729)

Changed the label above the Assign Workflow drop-down list (when enabled) to only be a single line in the Actions subsection on the Form Viewer in Workflow in the Portal.

Update the Submit Form Steps to Match the Current Form Template Version when Generating Sent Forms in Workflow (SB-3776)

Updated the SubmitForm Step in Workflow to match the current Form Template's eForm Version to ensure there's no incompatibility when claiming Forms in Workflow. Hotfix deployed on 10/17/2024.


Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Timeouts when Viewing the Workflow Dashboard By Assignment Tab in the Workflow Section of the Portal (SB-3735)

Fixed an issue with the By Assignment tab not loading for Companies with long Workflow histories on the new Workflow > Dashboard section of the Portal.

Investigate and Fix the Create Work Order using the Form Viewer Populating Checkbox Regions with False Values in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-3736)

Fixed an issue with some unchecked Checkbox Regions incorrectly being set with a "false" value when a Work Order is created using the Form View in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.
