Overview

Update Company-Level Setting and Config Changes with More Details in the Company Activity Log Report in the Portal (SB-4122)
Updated event reporting in for the Company Activity Log Report to include changes made on the Company Information, Mobile Forms Information, Systems Settings, and Configurations tabs in the Admin > Company Profile section of the Portal and when changes are made to a Company's Account by F2B Corporate Staff.
Added a new Shared Forms Report to the Reports section of the Portal that includes a Dashboard, an Unlimited Use Links tab for all completed Sent Forms that used an Unlimited Use Links, and a Details tab with the full details for all Completed Shared Form Links which will eventually replace the Completed Shared Forms Report from the Reports > Other Reports page. Some data and links will not be populated or working until after the Report has been deployed and the data for the tables start getting populated.
Update the Export Options to Include Region Filter Data in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4131)
Updated the Export Excel and Export CSV options to include the Region Filter column headers and data when exporting in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.
Added a new "Require Users to Always Click an Apply Button for Applying Filters in Reports" Setting (checkbox) to the Admin > Company Profile section > System Settings tab in the Portal that will now require Users to either click an Apply Filters button or press enter to begin the search based on the Filters selected in all relevant Reports.
Add the Anonymous Link Keyword to the Text Message Step in Custom Workflow Definitions (SB-4142)
Added the ability to use the Anonymous Link Keyword in Text Messages Steps in Custom Workflow Definitions to allow Sent Form PDFs to be available in text messaging for Recipients not registered as Users in the Portal.
Bug Fixes
Investigate and Fix the Require User to Always Login using SSO Property Returning the Proper Value for Get Calls in the Users Endpoint in the REST API (SB-4126)
Fixed an issue with returning the incorrect value for the Require User to Always Login using SSO (i.e. RequiresAlwaysSSO) property when making GET web service calls to the User Endpoint in the REST API.
Fixed an issue with the Cloudfare WAF blocking requests for the Merge & Download PDFs option in the Sent Forms section of the Portal. Hotfix deployed on 10/20/2025.
