Overview
Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Added a new Dashboard Report to the Workflow section of the Portal with the following reports: Dashboard with statistics, Report By Assignment, Report By Time in Queue, Report By Form and Status, Report By Queued Form and Current Progress. This new Report is available to Users with Mobile Forms Administrator Role, the Workflow Admin Role, Workflow Reporter Role, and Custom Roles with the Workflow Reporting Permission. Additionally, the Automated Reporting settings have been updated to allow including Workflow Dashboard Reports.
Add a New Option to Include User Details Columns in the User Personnel Details Tab in the Users & Groups Report in the Portal (SB-3709)
Added a new "Include User Details in the Report" option to the Filters in the User Details tab in the Report > Users & Groups Report in the Portal that will show all of the columns from the User Details tab so that a merged version of the Report can be exported.
Add Support for Work Order Priority to the Create Work Order Endpoint in the REST API (SB-3711)
Added support to allow Work Order Priority to be included in requests to the Create Work Order Endpoint in the REST API to support the EDM using the REST API instead of the legacy PreFill Web Service.
Update the Column Names in the CSV and Excel Export Files for the User Personnel Details Report in the Portal (SB-3712)
Updated the Personnel column names in the CSV and Excel Export files to be capitalized properly in the User Personnel Details on the Reports > Users & Groups Report section of the Portal.
Update All Date Filters to Always Display the Current Selection throughout the Portal (SB-3717)
Updated the Date Filters in all sections of the Portal that have a Date Filter to now show the values selected for start and end dates in the Filter without having to open the Filter.
Add the Ability to Remove the Page Navigation Buttons and Submit Button in the Pending Web Edit Step in Custom Workflows (SB-3720)
Added the ability to enable or disable the Submit Button and Page Navigation Buttons that appears for the User when a Form in is viewed in the Pending Web Edit Status. The new properties in the SendForWebEdit Step in Custom Workflows are formatted like:
- <EnableSubmitButton>true</EnableSubmitButton>
- <EnableNavigationButtons>true</EnableNavigationButtons>
Add the Ability to Use Search Keywords and Quotes when Using the Assigned To Filter in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-3721)
Added the ability to use Search Keywords and Quotes in the Assigned To Filter (similar to the Form Title capability) in the Workflow > Admin section of the Portal.
