Overview
Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Implemented a new SQLite file conversion process used when uploading Form data Files to ensure that format strings are preserved when the SQLite file gets created in the Portal and when uploaded using the Data Upload Utility.
Made the Form Data Files Report available to Customer-facing Roles (Mobile Forms Administrators and Custom Roles with the Reporting Permission) in the Reports section of the Portal. The Forms Data Files Report allows you to generate an Active Report that displays all Form Templates and associated Form Data Files and allows you to generate an Orphan Report that displays all Form Data Files that are not currently used by any active Form Templates.
Add Node ID to Script Step Messages in the Workflow History when Viewing Forms in the Workflow Sections of the Portal (SB-4105)
Added the Node ID to the Message for Script Steps in the Workflow History pop-up window when viewing Forms in the Workflow sections (Admin, My History, and My Queue) of the Portal.
Update the Create and Edit Work Order Pages to Require a Work Order Name in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4109)
Updated the Work Order Name field to be required on the Create Work Order and Edit Work Order pages in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.
Update Work Orders to Be Downloadable when the Work Order Name is Blank in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4110)
Updated Work Orders with a blank Work Order Name to be able to be downloaded now instead of throwing an error and added the ability to download Work Orders directly from the Actions drop-down in the table in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.
Add the Ready for Edit Steps to the Workflow History in the Workflow Sections of the Portal (SB-4119)
Added the Ready for Edit Steps (Pending Tablet Edit, Pending Web Edit, and Under Review) with their associated Status and Node ID to the Workflow History pop-up window in the Workflow Sections (Admin, My History, My and Queue) of the Portal.
Update the Region Filter Column Headers to Use the Region Filter Name in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-4120)
Updated the Region Filter column headers to use the actual Region Filters' Names instead of the Region Names when the Display Region Filters in Table Filter is enabled in the Workflow > Admin section of the Portal.
Added visual indicators (icons) for Attachments and Notes if they are present in a Form in the Workflow > My Queue and Workflow > My History sections of the Portal.
Update the Login Process to Handle Multi-Company Users Switching to a Company with an Expired Password in the Portal (SB-4123)
Updated the Portal Login process to take the User to the Change Password page if a Multi-Company User attempts to access a Company and has an Expired Password based on the selected Company’s Password Settings.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with images becoming additional files in e-mails when an embedded image using a data URI is included in a Sent Form E-Mail Template when Forms are processed and sent using e-mail.
Fixed the timeouts occurring by updating the query used on the By User tab in the Reports > Sent Form Traffic Report in the Portal.
Investigate and Fix PDF File Attachment Rendering Being Rotated Differently than the Original Orientation in Web App and Workflow (SB-4111)
Fixed an issue with the PDF Rendering Engine not retaining the transformation matric (aka the page orientation) for PDF Attachments when making the final rendered version of the PDF in the Web App and Workflow sections of the Portal.
Investigate and Fix Some Region Filter Values Are Not Populating Correctly in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-4114)
Fixed an issue with Region Filters not populating correctly after a Region Filter was deleted and a new one was created using the same Region in the Workflow > Admin section of the Portal. All previously received data will populate into these Region Filter columns after this fix has been applied.
Fixed an issue with Form Draft saving not working correctly if two simultaneous Users attempted to start making changes to the same Shared Form Link in the Portal.
Fixed timeouts that could occur due to large numbers of Datasource Regions in the Form Template when using the Download Form and Data Files action in the Admin > Form Templates section of the Portal.
Investigate and Fix the SQLite Conversion Process when Uploading Access Database Files using the Data Upload Utility or REST API (SB-4128)
Fixed an issue with the new SQLite Conversion process for Microsoft Access database files (.mdb, .accdb file types) when uploading those Form Data Files when using the Data Upload Utility to the REST API. Hotfix deployed on 9/11/2025.
Investigate and Fix Issues Saving Changes in the Company Profile > System Settings Section for Some Companies in the Portal (SB-4134)
Fixed an issue when saving changes in the Admin > Company Profile > Systems Settings tab in the Portal for some Companies due a WAF block. Hotfix deployed on 9/17/2025.
