Add the Ability to Generate Automatically E-Mailed Monthly Sent Traffic and User & Groups Reports in the Portal (SB-3647)
Added the ability to setup a simplified version of automatically generated monthly reports in the Reports > Automated Reporting section of the Portal. The Automated Reporting options include the Sent Traffic Report (all tabs), the Users & Groups Report (all tabs), or All Reports (which includes the previously identified Reports) for the previous month, and once enabled, they are generated run once a month (by default the first day of each month). The Automated Reports will go to the Users or Groups identified and include Excel attachments for each tab in the Reports selected.
Added a Re-Send E-Mail option to the Form View in Workflow when a Form is in the Pending Web Edit Status in Workflow.
Updated the Platform OS Filter to be a multi-select list and added a new Device Platform multi-select drop-down list Filter to the Admin > Devices section of the Portal.
Add the Ability to Export the History of Individual Forms in Workflow to Excel or CSV in the Portal (SB-3682)
Added the Export CSV and Excel button options to the History window when viewing Forms in Workflow > Admin, Workflow > My History, and Workflow > My Queue sections in the Portal.
Added Close (X) buttons to the top right of the pop-up windows for the Admin > Devices > Change Assigned User, the Web App > Form View > Optional Recipients, and the Workflow > Form View > History sections in the Portal.
Added the ability to set custom messaging on the Confirmation page that appears for the User when a Form in Pending Web Edit is completed. The first paragraph on the Confirmation page containing the REF# and timestamp is not configurable but the second paragraph can be defined as any type of HTML similar to what's available with Shared Form Links. The new property in the SendForWebEdit Step in Custom Workflows is formatted like:

Added a new Reset Workflow Draft Action available to Mobile Forms Administrators, Workflow Administrators, and Custom Roles with the Workflow Admin Permission that allows previous Drafts of a Form with the Under Review Status to be reset back to what the Form's state was when it arrived at the Under Review Step.
Move Pen and Eraser Options to a Button and Remove Context Menu from the Full Screen Pen Region Window in Web App (SB-3700)
Updated the Full Screen pop-up window for Pen Regions to no longer allow a right click to access the context menu and moved the Pen & Eraser Options to be a button in the window instead when filling out Forms in the Web App.
Made the Download Form & Data Files action available to Customer-facing Roles (Mobile Forms Administrators and Custom Roles with the Form Management and Form Data Files Permissions) in the Admin > Form Templates section of the Portal.
Updated the defaults for the By Form Template tab to set the Most Recent Sent Start Date Filter to the first of the current month and enabled the Only Display Form Templates with Sent Traffic in this Time Period Filter enabled and updated the default for the Details tab to set the Date Sent Start Filter to the first of the current month in the Reports > Sent Traffic Report in the Portal.
Update the Export CSV and Excel Filenames for the Users & Groups Report in the Portal (SB-3705)
Updated the filenames of the exported CSV and Excel files in the Reports > Users & Groups Report section of the Portal to match their tab names. The updated sections were the User Details tab, the User Personnel Details tab, the User Device Details tab, and the User Last Portal Login Report tab.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with loading Blank Form Drafts if a Form Template has a large number of Regions when filling out Forms in the Web App.
Investigate and Fix Pen and Eraser Options Not Working Correctly in Full Screen Pen Region in Web App (SB-3688)
Fixed issues with the Pen and Eraser Options pop-up window not behaving correctly when filling out Pen Regions with the Full Screen Setting enabled when filling out Forms in Web App (and therefore, Shared Forms and the new Pending Web Edit Step in Workflow).
Remove Pen and Eraser Options from the Context Menu in the Form View for Full Screen Pen Regions in Web App (SB-3699)
Removed the option to right click and access the context menu that displays the Pen and Eraser Options for Pen Regions with the Full Screen Setting enabled to when filling out Forms in Web App to prevent UI issues.
Investigate and Fix Not Being Able to Return to Pen Mode after Using the Eraser in the Full Screen Pen Region Window in Web App (SB-3704)
Fixed an issue with the UI not turning back to a Pen if you select an Eraser and then select just a Pen Color in Full Screen Pen Region pop-up window when filling out Forms in Web App.
