Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Create a New Generate Import Work Order CSV Template Process in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4032)

Created a new Generate Import Work Order CSV Template process that will allow Work Order Dispatchers to map Regions to columns in an easy to use interface instead of requiring the process to manually generate the CSV file in the Admin > Work Orders Section of the Portal. This new process is accessible when you click on the Import Work Orders button in the Admin > Work Orders section.

Update the Import Work Orders Window UI in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4057)

Updated the Import Work Orders pop-up window to allow dragging and dropping CSV files instead of using a file browser and added support for accessing the new Work Order Import CSV Template generation process in the Admin > Work Order section of the Portal. Only one CSV file can be dragged and dropped at a time.

Add an Option to View and Filter on a User's Last Portal Login in the Users Section of the Portal (SB-4095)

Added a new option in the Filters section that will display each User's Last Portal Login as a column and added a date range Filter to the Admin > Users section of the Portal. By default, the Last Portal Login option is not enabled, and if a User has never logged into the Portal, the value will be blank.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix the Visible By Filter Not Working Correctly Regardless of the Filtered Value in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-4078)

Fixed an issue with the Visible By Filter not displaying results correctly and will now show all Forms assigned to the User or any Forms assigned to the User's Groups in the Workflow > Admin section of the Portal.

Fix the F2B Data Service Status Check to Better Handle Network Errors to Prevent Devices Going Out of Sync (SB-4093)

Fixed an issue with the status check when rarely-occurring network traffic interruptions occur in the F2B Data Service that resulted in LSFs skipping a number and causing a few Devices to become out of sync.

Investigate and Fix Error Messages Occurring on the Create Work Order Page if Address Fields Are Disabled in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4107)

Fixed an issue with the Create Work Order page in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal causing it to display an error message if Disable Address Fields for Work Orders System Setting is enabled for the Company.

Investigate Why Form Got Stuck in the Processing Action Status in Workflow (SB-4112)

Investigation completed on 7/24/2025. This particular Form in Workflow got stuck in the Processing Action Status due to a combination of SQL deadlocks and the User attempting to re-approve the same Form before waiting for the initial action to complete. The Form was still in a state that it could be approved but because of the Processing Action Status, the User and Administrator contacted us to investigate the situation further. Their Administrator restarted the Form in Workflow and the User completed the approval process.

Investigate and Fix Draft Issues Loading a Specific Shared Form Work Order Link (SB-4113)

Fixed an issue with a Shared Form Link ending up in an inaccessible state due to two Users accessing the Link almost simultaneously which resulted in the Draft state being lost. Hotfix deployed on 7/29/2025 to restore the Draft state and allow the Link to be usable once more.

Investigate and Fix Issues with Form Draft Changes Not Saving in the Web App (SB-4118)

Fixed an issue with Form Draft changes not being saved when a Page is duplicated while filling out Forms in Web App. Hotfix deployed on 8/6/2025.
