Overview

Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Update the Loading Indicator UI when Data Is Being Loaded into Tables in the Portal (SB-3634)

Updated the UI for the Loading indicator to be more user friendly and easily identifiable when data is being loaded into tables on all pages throughout the Portal.

Implement the Get a Page Object by Page Name in Scripting in the Web App and Workflow (SB-3638)

Added a new Form.getPageByPageName(string) call to the Scripting Engine that returns a Page object for use in Web App and Workflow.

Allow Internal Administrators the Ability to Prevent Demos Being Created for Specific Domains for Customers (SB-3646)

Added a new method to block specific domains from creating Demo Accounts and can be viewed in the Mobile Forms Information tab in the Company Profile section of the Portal. Only Field2Base Staff has the ability to block domains so please contact F2B Technical Support or your Account Manager to request any domains to be blocked for your Company. The following domains cannot be blocked due to their widespread use of creating demos: aol.com, field2base.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, icloud.com, mac.com, me.com, msn.com, outlook.com, and yahoo.com

Add the Page Navigation UI above the Tables in the Sections with Table Data in the Portal (SB-3651)

Added the page navigation buttons above the # of Items to Display for all sections in the Portal that have table data.

Add an Existing Notes Tab to the Notes UI when Viewing Forms in Workflow (SB-3653)

Changed the Notes tab name to "Add Notes" and added a new tab called "Existing Notes" that is displayed by default if a Form in Workflow has Notes added to it in all Workflow sections in the Portal while the Form is still pending review.

Update the Export Process to Include Region Filters in the Sent Forms Section of the Portal (SB-3660)

Updated the CSV and Excel Export process to include all Region Filters to be in the exported file in the Sent Forms section of the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix the Workflow Design Permission Not Working Correctly for Custom Roles in the Portal (SB-3652)

Fixed an issue with the Workflow > Definitions section in the Portal still being displayed even when the Workflow Design Permission was not enabled.
