Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Update the Company Activity Log with Changes to Enhance Security Auditing to the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4037)
Added new events for more in-depth security auditing including when User Passwords, Usernames, E-Mail Addresses, or Role(s) are changed and when the User attempts to login to the Mobile Forms Apps and the Portal when using SSO or Password authentication in the Reports > Other Reports > Company Activity Log in the Portal.
Add the Ability to Display Region Filters in the Table Data in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-4039)
Added a new Display Regions in Table option to the Filters in the Workflow > Admin section of the Portal that will append value columns for each Region Filter when a Form Template with Region Filters is selected in the Filters.
Add the Ability for Workflow Users to Add and View Notes in the My Queue Section of the Portal (SB-4044)
Added the ability for Users with the Workflow User Role to be able to add and view Notes in the Workflow > My History and Workflow > My Queue sections of the Portal.
Add the Ability to View the Form Template User Download History to the Form Templates Section of the Portal (SB-4045)
Added a new option to view the download history by Users of Form Templates in the Admin > Form Templates section of the Portal. Additionally, the act of downloading a Form Template is now also tracked in the Company Activity Log. The history of downloads will only start being tracked when this feature is deployed.
Create a New Devices Report in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4054)
Added a new Devices Report to the Reports section of the Portal that includes a Dashboard and a By Platform Report with full Details that will eventually replace the Dashboard (Tablet) Report, the Provisioning - Tablet Hardware Report, and the Provisioning - License Count Report from the Reports > Other Reports page.
Update the Re-Assign Work Orders Window to Only Display Users Associated with the Assigned Folder in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4063)
Updated the Re-Assign Work Orders window to only display Users associated with the Assigned Folder(s) in the Admin > Work Orders Section of the Portal. If multiple Work Orders are re-assigned, the User list will be updated to include all assigned Folders, and if there is at least one Work Order selected without an Assigned Folder, then all Company Users will be displayed.
Bug Fixes
Updated the indices, queries, and view that the Reports > Sent Form Traffic Report in the Portal to improve performance and prevent timeouts for large sets of data.
Update the Special Character Sanitization Process to Support Hyphens and Plus Sign when Making Updates to Only Usernames in the Users Endpoint of the REST API (SB-4052)
Update the special character sanitization to allow hyphens and plus signs to be used in the Username when a PUT User Update Web Service Call to the Users Endpoint in the REST API.
