Overview

Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Disable Provisioning E-Mail Alert Triggers for All Automated Actions in the Devices Section of the Portal (SB-4319)

Disabled the E-Mail Alerts when using Change Assigned User, Remove Device, and Reset Device actions are taken in the Admin > Devices section of the Portal since all of these actions are automated and do not go through a Provisioning Queue.

Add New System Setting to Set Default for Displaying Final Version Only in the Sent Forms Section of the Portal (SB-4323)

Added a new setting called "Set Default for Displaying Final Version Only in the Sent Forms Section" to the Admin > Company Profile > System Settings tab in the Portal that will default whether or not the Display Final Sent Form Version Only Filter is enabled when Users navigate to that Sent Forms section.

Remove the E-Mail Bounce Back Monitoring Report from the Other Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4339)

Removed the link to the E-Mail Bounce Back Monitoring Report from the Reports > Other Reports section of the Portal and decommissioned the no longer needed e-mail collection service.

Update the Company Activity Log Default Filters and Move to Reports Section Menu in the Portal (SB-4340)

Updated the Company Activity Log's default Date Filter to be the past week (instead of month) and default Type Filter to no longer include every Activity Type. Additionally, the Company Activity Log was moved (from the Reports > Other Reports section) to the Reports Menu navigation in the Portal.

Create New Work Orders Report in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4344)

Added a new Work Orders Report to the Reports section of the Portal that includes Work Order Reports by User, by Form Template, and by full Details that replaces the Work Order Summary Report, the Work Order Sent Form Summary Report, and the Work Order Status Report from the now deprecated Reports > Other Reports page.

Remove the Other Reports Option from the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4345)

Removed the Other Reports option containing legacy reporting from the Reports navigation menu in the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Embedded Image Buttons Not Working Correctly in Web App and Workflow (SB-4333)

Fixed an issued with Buttons using the "Show an embedded image resource" Action not properly displaying the image in a pop-up window when filling out Forms in Web App and Workflow.

Investigate and Fix Why the Workflow Service Is Not Re-Trying Forms when Encountering SSL/TLS Secure Channel Network Errors (SB-4338)

Investigate and Fix Double Quote Characters Not Populating Regions when Using the Edit (Field) Work Order Action in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4348)

Fixed an issue with double quote characters causing Text-based Regions to not populate correctly on the Edit (Fields) page in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.
