Portal 05.20.2025 Release Notes

Overview

Our release notes offer brief descriptions of product enhancements and bug fixes. We include links to the current articles for any affected features. Those articles will be updated shortly after the Portal release to include new functionality.

Product Enhancements

Updated the Traffic Action to now be labeled as View Traffic and updated the Report for the View Traffic Action to use the new Download Traffic Report instead of the old Tablet Download Report in Admin > Form Data Files and Admin > Form Templates sections of the Portal.

Update the UI for the Create and Edit Work Order Pages to Save Navigation Mappings in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4022)

Updated the UI for the Create and Edit Work Order pages to save Navigation Mappings for Form Templates in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal to avoid having to manually fill out the fields related to enabling Turn-by-Turn Navigation options in the Mobile Forms Apps and Web App. Only one Navigation Mapping can be set per Form Template at this time. The Edit Work Order page will initially display the values previously entered if a Navigation Mapping was used, but the Navigation Mapping can be used to update the values if changes are required.

Improve Status Handling when the Processing Action Fails when Forms Are Under Review in Workflow (SB-4026)

Updated the Workflow Engine in the Portal to better handle when Users take actions in Forms Under Review that cannot be completed and end up stuck with the Processing Action Status. Forms whose actions are blocked will now return to the Under Review Status.

Add the Ability to Display Personnel Details to the Sent Form Traffic Report in the Portal (SB-4028)

Added a Display Personnel Details Filter to the By User and Details tabs that will display each User's Personnel Details in the Reports > Sent Form Traffic Report section of the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Not Being Able to Access the Company Profile Section for Users with Custom Roles with Only the Company Profile Permission in the Portal (SB-4015)

Fixed an issue with not being able to access the Admin > Company Profile Section in the Portal for Users with Custom Roles with only the Company Profile Permission.

Investigate and Fix Download Traffic Report Not Loading when the Resource Type Filter Is Used in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4018)

Fixed an issue with the Resource Type Filter not populating any data in the Reports > Download Traffic Report section in the Portal.

Investigate and Fix the Display Final Sent Form Version Only Filter Displaying Non-Approved Forms in Workflow in the Sent Forms Section of the Portal (SB-4023)

Fixed an issue with the Display Final Sent Form Version Only Filter including Forms still Under Review in Workflow in the table data in the Sent Forms section of the Portal.
