Product Enhancements

Add New User Lookup Report for Multi-Company Administrators to the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-4292)

Added a new User Lookup Report tab to the Reports > Users & Groups Report section of the Portal for Multi-Company Mobile Forms Administrator Users and Users with the Custom Roles that have the Reporting Permission that provides a way to search for User by their e-mail address across all associated Companies.

Update User E-Mail Address Validation to Allow Single Character Domains when Creating or Editing Users in the Portal (SB-4296)

Updated User E-Mail Address Validation to allow single character domains when creating or editing Users throughout the Portal.

Add the Ability to Disable E-Mail Notifications when Changing Roles or User PINs in the Users Endpoint in the REST API (SB-4302)

Added a new optional Boolean parameter called "DisableNotification" that will not trigger E-Mail Alerts that get sent to the User's e-mail address when changing Roles or changing the User PIN to the Users Endpoint in the REST API. The parameter is ignored for all other E-Mail Alert triggers.

Update the Server to Not Generate E-Mails when Replace Existing Device Is Selected during Activation in the Mobile Forms Apps (SB-4310)

Updated the server to no longer generate Remove Device Provisioning E-Mails when the Replace Existing Device option is selected and the Device is successfully removed during the Activation process in the Mobile Forms Apps.

Make the Version Notes Available to Customers in the Form Templates Section of the Portal (SB-4314)

Made the ability to include Version Notes when uploading or bulk uploading Form Templates and the ability to view the Version Notes in the View Details and View Past Versions actions available to Customer-facing Roles (Mobile Forms Administrators, Form Publisher, and Custom Roles with the Form Management and Form Publishing Permissions) in the Admin > Form Templates section section of the Portal.

Make View Details Available to Customers in the Form Templates Section of the Portal (SB-4320)

Made the ability to see the View Details action available to Customer-facing Roles (Mobile Forms Administrators, Form Publisher, and Custom Roles with the Form Management) in the Admin > Form Templates section section of the Portal.

Make the Auto-Remove of Inactive Devices Setting Available to Customer in the Company Profile Section of the Portal (SB-4324)

Made the Auto-Remove of Inactive Devices System Setting available to Customer-facing Roles (Mobile Forms Administrators and Custom Roles with the Company Profile Permission) in the Admin > Company Profile Section of the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Change the Query for the Company Activity Log Report Timing Out for Companies with Long Histories of Activity in the Portal (SB-4304)

Updated the database query used for the Reports > Other Reports > Company Activity Log to only read Activity Log rows to prevent timeouts for Companies with long histories of activity in the Portal.

Investigate and Fix the View.ShowDialog() Box Not Displaying the Full Message Body in Web App and Workflow (SB-4305)

Fixed the pop-up window that appears when the View.ShowDialog() script call is made to the show the entire message when filling out a Form in Web App or Workflow in the Portal.

Investigate and Fix Users without the Roles Management Permission Not Being Able to Access the My Profile Section of the Portal (SB-4318)

Fixed an issue with the My Profile section not loading correct if the User did not have the Roles Management Permission enabled in the Portal.
