Product Enhancements

Create New Sent Form Traffic Report in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-3437)

Added a new Sent Form Traffic Report to the Reports section of the Portal that includes Traffic Reports by User, by Form Template, with full Details that will eventually replace the Dashboard (Traffic) Report, the Sent Traffic Report, and the Sent Traffic Detailed Form Report on the Reports > Other Reports page.

Create New Pending Web Edit Step using the Shared Forms View in Custom Workflow Definitions to the Workflow Engine (SB-3625)

Created a new Pending Web Edit Step in the Workflow Engine that uses the Shared Forms View for people not registered in the F2B System as Users to complete Forms while staying in the same Workflow (i.e. keeps the same REF#). The new Pending Web Edit Step is only available to be used in Custom Workflow Definitions.

Please refer to the article on Workflow Nodes (requires Help Center login) for details about this new Custom Workflow Step.

Update the Payment Accounts Section to Be Visible to Customer Roles in the Admin Section of the Portal (SB-3629)

Updated the Payment Accounts menu option to be visible to Customer-facing Roles (i.e. Mobile Forms Administrators, Custom Roles, etc.) in the Admin section of the Portal if the Payment Product Feature is enabled for their Company.

Updated the special character sanitization process to support any Unicode letter character in User-related fields (i.e. Username, User First Name, User Last Name) when creating or editing Users in the Portal or the REST API. Due to database column restrictions, the character set currently supported is the extended Latin character set (code page 1252) so some languages (i.e. Chinese) will not be saved properly and stored as question marks.

Update the Payment Engine UI to Use the Hosted iFrame Tokenizer in Web App and Workflow (SB-3633)

Updated the Payment Engine UI to use the CardPointe Hosted iFrame Tokenizer instead of the CardPointe Gateway API originally implemented in the Web App and Workflow. Hotfix deployed on 6/3/2024.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Issues with Navigating Using Script to Pages Made Visible in the Same Script in Web App (SB-3643)

Fixed an issue with the View.showUserPageNumber() script call not working correctly with Pages made visible in the preceding script function in the Web App. Deployed as a hotfix on 6/3/2024.
