Portal 03.25.2025 Release Notes

Product Enhancements

Update the E-Mail Only Login and OAuth2 Login Authorization Pages to Support when JavaScript Is Disabled in the Portal (SB-3962)

Updated the pages that involve logging into the Portal using the E-Mail only Login and OAuth2 Authorization Login processes to support when JavaScript is disabled so that the new User Authentication processes in the Desktop Apps can use an embedded window to facilitate authentications.

Implement an Embedded UI during the User Authentication Process for the E-Mail Login and Authorization Pages in the Portal (SB-3963)

Implemented a more user friendly embedded UI during the Authentication process used by the Desktop Suite Apps for the E-Mail Login page, the Authorization pages, and the Confirmation pages in the Portal.

Updated the Draft Name to be a clickable link to open the existing Draft on each row in the Drafts section of Web App.

Add Support for Authenticating Users with Multi-Factor Authentication Enabled in the User Authentication Process in the Portal (SB-3984)

Added support in the appropriate Portal pages to identify when Multi-Factor Authentication is required for Standard Login Users during the User Authentication process in the Desktop Suite Apps that will navigate the User to the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Page Loading Timeout when Filtering Using the Form Title Filter in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-3885)

Fixed page loading timeouts related to various Filter searches in the Workflow > Admin section of the Portal by creating a new underlying view in the database that will load this section much more efficiently.

Fix the Typo in the Mouseover Tooltip on the F2B Header Logo in the Portal (SB-3964)

Fixed a typo in the mouseover tooltip on the F2B Logo in the header used throughout the Portal.

Investigate and Fix the Download Traffic Report Timing Out in the Reports Section of the Portal (SB-3983)

Updated the default Downloaded Timestamp Filter to be the past week from the current day instead of the past two months from the current day to prevent timeouts in the Reports > Download Traffic Report section of the Portal.

Investigate and Fix Some Users Not Being Unable to Access the Work Order Status Report in the Portal (SB-3995)

Fixed an issue with the Work Order Status Report not loading correctly for some Users in the Reports > Other Reports section of the Portal.

Investigate and Fix Duplicate Work Order Not Working in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4000)

Fixed an issue with the Duplicate Work Order Action not working for some Users in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal. Hotfix deployed on 3/28/2025.
