Product Enhancements

Update the My Profile Section with a New Modern UI in the Portal (SB-4228)

Updated the My Profile section in the Portal for all Users that uses a more modern UI, displays more details about the User's access, and displays basic Usage statistics.

Add Embedded Links for Audio and Video Regions into Region Locations in PDFs Generated by the System (SB-4259)

Updated the PDF Generation Process throughout the system to embed links into Audio and Video Regions in the Region locations for the media files and removed the Attachments Page at the end of the PDF that previously contained the media files. A standalone PDF viewer (like Adobe Acrobat) is required to access these files and double clicking on the link or clicking on the Region's file in the Comments section is the method to open or save the files.

Add the Ability to Bulk Update Billing References in the Devices Section of the Portal (SB-4266)

Added the ability to Bulk Update Billing References in the Admin > Devices Section of the Portal when the Company has the Enable Billing Reference Column Config is enabled.

Bug Fixes

Investigate and Fix Saving Billing Reference Values Not Working in the Licenses Section of the Portal (SB-4263)

Fixed an issue with not being able to save Billing References when adding or removing Licenses in the Admin > Licenses section of the Portal. Additionally, an Edit option has been added to the Billing Reference column when the Billing References Configuration is enabled.

Investigate and Fix the Loading Indicator Blocking Folder Selection for Companywide Work Orders in the Web App (SB-4268)

Fixed an issue with the Loading indicator was blocking the Folder Selection pop-up window when opening Work Orders associated with a Companywide Form Template in the My Work section in Web App.

Investigate and Add Preventative Measures for Page Loading Errors for SSO Users when Accessing Workflow (SB-4269)

Added measures to prevent intermittent issues reported when a User using Single Sign-On (SSO) as their login method ends up seeing runtime errors when loading different pages in the Portal (primarily reported when using Workflow).

Investigate and Fix Server Error when Accessing the Downloads Section in the Portal (SB-4280)

Fixed an issue related to the Downloads section in the Portal displaying an error when loading the page. This was hotfixed on 3/26/2026.
