Highlighted Features
We updated the Home Dashboard in order to provide our customers with more information about how they are using the Field2Base platform.
We added a new chart called Form Template Statistics which displays a list of the top 10 Form Templates submitted within a selected time period.
We also added the following statistics to the existing charts:
Usage Stats Over Time
- Form Templates Used - Displays a count of how many Form Templates were used in the current year (default) or the previous year.
- Unique Senders - Displays a count of how many Users have submitted Forms in the current year (default) or the previous year.
Usage Stats at a Glance
- Total Shared Forms Sent - Displays a count of Shared Forms that have been submitted in the current week (default), previous week or current month.
- By Status- Displays a graph of the workflow status for the Forms that have been submitted in the current week (default), previous week or current month.
Top User Statistics
- Added "This Quarter" and "This Year" as selectable time periods
- Separated out "Workflow Script Engine" and "Shared Form Links" to replace "Anonymous"
- Displayed Top 5 Users instead of only Top User
Added the Ability to View and Download Past Versions of Workflow Definitions in the Workflow Section (SB-3515)
We added the ability to view and download previous Workflow Definitions so that Mobile Forms Administrators and Workflow Administrators can access prior workflow definitions for troubleshooting and historical purposes. The Date Published and Submitted By will be included as part of the Past Versions going forward so any Workflow Definitions published before this release will display "N/A".
A Submitted By column was also added to the Workflow Definitions table.
Removed Legacy Users and Group Reports in the Reports Section (SB-3512)
We removed the links for the Idle Users Report and Personnel Details from the Admin > Reports navigation menu. We also removed the links to the User Details Report, the Group Details Report, the Device Users Report, and the User Login Report on the Reports > Other Reports page. All of these reports were included in one section at Reports > Users & Groups Report as part of the Portal 01.30.2024 Release (SB-3462).
Bug Fixes
Fixed performance issues and added a page loading screen when adding large sets of Users to the associated Users drop-down when creating or editing Folders in the Admin > Folders section.
Fixed Not Being Able to Use the "checkuserpin" REST API Call in Web App (SB-3529)
Fixed an issue with making the REST API call for {api}/users/checkuserpin when filling out Forms in Web App.
Fixed Download Traffic Report Not Loading when the Activation ID Filter Was Used (SB-3530)
Fixed a performance issue with not being able to load the Download Traffic Report when using the Activation ID Filter if there was a large history.
Fixed Issue with Removing Photos When Editing a Work Order (SB-3546)
Fixed an issue with photos not being removed from Camera Regions when editing an existing Work Order in the Admin > Work Orders section.
Updated the Bulk Create and Update User Actions to Correctly Enable the Web App Access Field (SB-3548)
Updated the Bulk Create Users and Bulk Update Users to correctly enable/disable the checkbox for the "Enable Web App Access" setting in the User Profile in the Admin > Users section.
