Product Enhancements

Update the Create and Edit Work Order (Form) Sections to No Longer Populate Unique ID Regions in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4214)

Update the Create Work Order and Edit Work Order Sections that use the Form Viewer to no longer populate Unique ID Regions in the Admin > Work Orders Section of the Portal to prevent conflicts with how Unique ID Regions are implemented in the Mobile Forms Apps.

Update Audio and Video Region Files to Retain Filename and Extension when Uploaded in Web App (SB-4234)

Updated the media files for Audio and Video Regions to retain their filename and extension when uploaded while filling out Forms in Web App.

Update the Mobile Forms Server to Not Change Filename Extensions for Audio and Region Files when Generating PDFs (SB-4235)

Update the Mobile Forms Server components that generate PDFs (Mobile Apps sending e-mails, Web App sending e-mails, Workflow Service sending e-mails, downloading Sent Forms in the Reports, Sent Forms, Web App, and Workflow sections of the Portal) to not change filename extensions for Audio and Video Region media files. Additionally, Audio and Video Region media files captured on Mobile Devices now have the filename "PageNumber-RegionName".[file extension] to avoid attempts by mail clients to open the files as e-mails.

Make Kiosk Mode Profiles Available to Customer in the Company Profile Section of the Portal (SB-4240)

Made the Kiosk Mode Profiles tab available to Customer-facing Roles (Mobile Forms Administrators and Custom Roles with the Company Profile Permission) in the Admin > Company Profile section of the Portal.

Bug Fixes

Fix the Associated Folder Filter to Display All Folders for Roles with Folder Management Permissions in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal (SB-4096)

Fixed the Associated Folder Filter to display all Folders for Users with Roles with Folder Management Permissions (including the Mobile Forms Administrator Role) in the Workflow > Admin Section of the Portal.

Prevent Users from Selecting Date Sent Filter Dates Older than the User's Sent Form Purging Config Will Allow in the Sent Forms Section in Web App (SB-4166)

Updated the Date Sent Filter to disable Dates older than the logged in User’s Sent Form Purging Configuration (or the Company's default Configuration if a User does not have one) in the Sent Forms section of the Web App.

Investigate and Fix the HTML Sanitization Process in the System for E-Mail Templates Containing Metadata Comments for Displaying Correctly in Mail Clients (SB-4212)

Updated the HTML Sanitization process in the system for E-Mail Templates to save metadata comments which helps mail clients (like Outlook Classic) display the HTML correctly.

Investigate and Fix the View.showDialog() Script Call Is Only Respecting the First New Line Character in the Message Text in Web App (SB-4217)

Fixed an issue with the View.showDialog() Script call not respecting all new line (“\n”) references in the message string in when filling out Forms in the Web App and the Workflow Form Viewer.

Investigate and Fix Cloudflare Block when Downloading Multiple Work Orders in the Work Orders Section of the Portal (SB-4224)

Fixed an issue with the Cloudfare WAF blocking requests for downloading multiple Work Orders in a single request in the Admin > Work Orders section of the Portal.
