Investigate and Fix Issues Causing A Missing or Corrupt Database after Upgrading to the iOS 7.6 App (MFA-86)
Fixed an issue with the new encryption process failing in the background when migrating the database to the new more secure version when upgrading to the iOS 7.6 App. Additionally, the User will now be prompted to initiate the encryption process manually after upgrading to prevent any database migration failures.
Investigate Why Cancelled Work Orders Are Not Being Removed from the My Work Section in the iOS 7.6 App (MFA-98)
Investigation completed. Unable to recreate. The Cancelled Work Orders identified by the User were actually not in the My Work list or in the local database based on the Diagnostics generated from the iOS App nor were they present in the list of resources being sync'd to the Device from the server.
Investigate and Fix Not Being Able to Send Forms if an Apostrophe is Used in a Folder Name in the iOS App (MFA-104)
Fixed an issue with Form Drafts not being saved correctly if the Folder associated with the Form Template had an apostrophe in the Folder Name in the iOS App.
Investigate Why a Multi-Company User Is Not Able to Activate on One of their Companies in the iOS 7.6 App (MFA-107)
Investigation completed on 7/24/2025. The source of the issue is that the User's account was somehow set to require logging in using Single Sign-On (SSO) even though the Company the User was activating on did not have SSO setup for the Company. Updated the User's account settings to no longer require SSO and the issue was resolved.
