Incorrect Login Error

Incorrect Login Error

There are several common reasons for an Incorrect Login error when trying to log in to the Field2Base Portal:

1. The User has copy/pasted the username and/or password into the login page.
Solution: Manually type in the username and password.

2. The Password entered is incorrect.
Solution: Reset your password by following the steps in the User Guide for Resetting Your Password article or contact your company's Mobile Forms Administrator to reset your password for you. Mobile Forms Administrators can refer to the Admin Guide to Resetting User Passwords article if needed.

3. User has not been set up in the Field2Base Portal.
Solution: Contact your company's Mobile Forms Administrator and ask them to verify that you are a User in your company's account. Mobile Forms Administrators can refer to the Managing Users and Recipients article for steps on how to create a new User.
