There are several common reasons for an Incorrect Login error when trying to log in to the Field2Base Portal:
1. The User has copy/pasted the username and/or password into the login page.
Solution: Manually type in the username and password.
2. The Password entered is incorrect.
3. User has not been set up in the Field2Base Portal.
Solution: Contact your company's Mobile Forms Administrator and ask them to verify that you are a User in your company's account. Mobile Forms Administrators can refer to the
Managing Users and Recipients article for steps on how to create a new User.
