Cannot See a Section in the Portal

If you do not see a section of the Portal that you expect to have access to, it is most likely a permissions issue based on the Role(s) you have been assigned by your company's Mobile Forms Administrator. For example, if your User account has Form Publisher as the only Role, you will only be able to access the Admin > Form Templates section of the Portal. You will need to reach out to your company's Mobile Forms Administrator so they can edit your User Roles. Mobile Forms Administrators can refer to Managing Users and Recipients article for steps on how to edit existing Users and to the Roles in the Portal article for details on the permissions for each Role.
