Work Order Status Report

A Summary Report that displays all Work Orders submitted to your Company. Reports can be accessed in the Portal by going to Admin > Reports.

Filter Name	Description
Status	Filter by Device Status which includes: All, Active, or Deadened
Assigned To	Search on the Assigned Device User’s Username
Work Order Name	Search on the Name of the Work Order
Submitted Date	Search on a date range for the Completion of the Work Order
Form Name	Search on the Name of the Form the Work Order Uses

Column Name	Description
Status	The Work Order's Current Status which includes: All, Active, Sent, or Cancelled
Assigned To	Username for the Assigned User of the Work Order
Work Order Name	Name of the Work Order
Priority	Determines Priority of Work Orders displayed in the Legacy Windows app
Document Date	Date and Timestamp the Work Orders was Completed
Form Name	Name of the Form the Work Order Uses
Work Orders Id	Unique ID for the Work Order
Form Template ID	Form Template ID for the Work Order's Form
Resource UUID	Resource ID of the Work Orders
