Work Order Sent Form Summary Report

A Summary Report that displays the details of Sent Forms and Work Orders for your Company. Reports can be accessed in the Portal by going to Admin > Reports.

Filter Name	Description
Form Name	Search on the Form Name that have the Work Order
Date Range	Search on a date range for the Work Order

Column Name	Description
Form Name	Name of the Form the Work Order uses
Form Active	Current Status of whether or not the Form is Active or Inactive
Created Work Orders	Number of Work Orders generated in the date range
Sent Work Orders	Number of Work Orders sent in the date range
Cancelled Work Orders	Number of Work Orders cancelled in the date range
Non-Work Orders Sent	Number of Forms sent in the date range that were NOT generated from Work Orders
