Sent Traffic Report

A Detailed Report to review Sent Traffic in a given date range. Reports can be accessed in the Portal by going to Admin > Reports.

Filter Name	Description
Username	Filter by Sender’s Username
User first or last name	Search on the User’s First or Last Name
Folder	Filter by Folder the Forms are in
Document Date	Search on a date range for the Sent Form
Form Name	Filter by the Form name
Type	Filter by the type of Sent Traffic
Source	Filter by the source of the Sent Form which includes the following options: Device, Web App, Workflow, or Shared Form
Subject	Search on the Form Title of the Sent Form
Ref #	Search by REF#

Column Name	Description
Date Sent	Date and Timestamp of Sent Form
First Name	Sender’s First Name
Last Name	Sender’s Last Name
Ref#	Unique Reference Number for the Sent Form
Type	Type of Sent Item. Android, iOS, and Web apps should always show eForm. Legacy Windows app can have other types.
Source	The source of the Sent Form which includes the following options: Device, Web App, Workflow, or Shared Form
File Name	Filename of the Sent Form
Subject	Form Title for the Sent Form
File Size	File Size for the Sent Form
