• Change the Workflow Publisher User Role to Be a New Setting in the Create/Edit Users Pages in the Portal [SB-3219]
  Updated the Workflow Publisher User Role to be a new "Enable Workflow Publishing" Setting on the Create and Edit User pages in the Users section of the Portal.
  
  
• Update the Upload Process for Form Templates and Form Data Files to Automatically Select Folder Association for Previous Uploads in the Portal [SB-3220]
  Updated the Upload Form and Upload File processes for Form Templates and Form Data Files to automatically select any previous Folder associations after selecting the file in the pop-up window in the Form Templates and Form Data Files sections of the Portal.
  
  
• Update Alt Text, Headers, and Tool Tips to Improve Accessibility in the Portal [SB-3222]
  Updated the Alt Text, Headers, and Tooltips to provide better accessibility on screen readers for Users with disabilities throughout the Portal.
  
  
• Add the Ability to Directly Upload Workflow Definition XML Files into the Workflow Definitions Section of the Portal [SB-3225]
  Added the ability to load Workflow Definition XML files into the Custom Workflow Definition Editor using the Load Workflow button when creating or editing Definitions in the Workflow Definitions section of the Portal.
  
  
• Update the Get Sent Forms Endpoint to Allow Returning More than a Single Result in the Sent Forms REST API [SB-3226]
  Updated the Get Sent Forms Endpoint to allow more than one Sent Form to be returned in the result set in the Sent Forms REST API. Setting the searchLimit is still required for making this call and must be an integer greater than or equal to 1.
  
  
• Update the Purging Process to Include Pending Items in Workflow and Add New Statuses Related to Purging and Canceling in Workflow [SB-3227]
  Updated the Purging and Auto-Cancelling process to purge Sent Forms in Workflow with an Error Status and made the setting to Purge Pending Items in Workflow (i.e. Forms with the Under Review or Pending Tablet Edit Status) available in the System Settings tab in the Company Profile section of the Portal. Additionally, Pending Items in Workflow that are purged will have a Purged Status going forward and Pending Items in Workflow that are auto-canceled will have an Auto-Canceled Status Status going forward. Updating the Status to Purged for previously purged or auto-canceled Pending Items in Workflow will be implemented in a future feature.
  
  
• Add the Ability to Create Shared Form Work Orders in the Portal [SB-3228]
  Added the ability to manually submit Shared Form Work Orders from the Work Orders section of the Portal. Work Order Dispatchers have the ability to select either a Standard Work Order or a Shared Form Work Order when manually submitting them using the Create Work Order or Create Work Order (Form) options in the Work Orders section and in the Shared Forms section, and during the creation process, the UI will automatically reflect the required fields for each Work Order Type. Additionally, the details about the Shared Form Link can be found for Shared Form Work Orders using the View Shared Form Details option in the Actions drop-down in the Work Orders section.
  
  
• Add the Ability to Save Images without Cropping to the Document Scan Region Type in the Form Editor of the Web App and Workflow [SB-3230]
  Added the ability to save an Image without making any cropping changes in Document Scan Region Types when filling out Forms in the Web App and Workflow. The new option is called Skip & Save on the Crop and Save Image pop-up window.
  
  
• Create New Download Traffic Report in the Reports Section of the Portal [SB-3233]
  Added a new Download Traffic Report that replaces the Tablet Download Report on the Reports Home page to the Reports section of the Portal. Initially, this Report will not have the File Sizes recorded which will be implemented in a future feature.
  
  
• Update the Text Labels for the Main Menu Section Visibility Configs in the Company Profile Section of the Portal [SB-3234]
  Updated the text labels for the Name and Description of the Main Menu Visibility Configurations on the Configs tab in the Company Profile section of the Portal.
  
  
• Add the Last Date Forms Are Available in the Sent Forms and Workflow Admin Sections of the Portal [SB-3243]
  Added a notification displaying how far back a User can see Forms based on the Company's Retention Period in the Sent Forms and Workflow Admin sections of the Portal. If there is no Retention Period set for the Company, there is no notification displayed.
  
  
• Add Support for Non-ASCII Characters to the Work Order Name in the Work Order Endpoint of the REST API [SB-3248]
  Unable to recreate any issues with using Non-ASCII characters when generating Work Order Names through the Work Orders Endpoint in the REST API. No further action will be taken.
  
  
• Update the Error Messages related to Shared Forms That Are No Longer Available for Use [SB-3254]
  Updated the error messaging shown on the page when Shared Form Links are disabled or have already been completed when a person navigates to a Shared Form Link that is no longer active.
  
  
• Add the Ability to Download PDFs of Standard and Shared Form Work Orders in the Work Orders Section of the Portal [SB-3255]
  Added a new Download PDF option to the Actions drop-down in the Work Orders section of the Portal that downloads a PDF copy of a Work Order rendered on the Form Template's Background Page(s) that matches what is shown when using the Edit (Form) Action for Work Orders. Workflow Work Orders cannot be downloaded as PDFs.
