Portal 06.06.2023 Release Notes

Overview

This document details the release of the Portal upgrade including product enhancements and bug fixes. Details are covered in the sections below.

Product Enhancements

  • Consolidate Phone Related Fields on the Create and Edit User Pages in the Users Section of the Portal [SB-3178]
    Updated the system to use a single Mobile Phone field for Users that replaces the Phone field and added the Country Code field when creating, editing, and taking bulk actions in the Users section, viewing User related data in the Reports section, and making calls to the Users Endpoint in the REST API. Additionally, the standard Fax field has been removed and the Personnel Details Mobile Number field has been removed.

  • Update the Default and the Label for the Document Date Filter in the Sent Traffic Reports in the Portal [SB-3179]
    Updated the Document Date Filter to be renamed to the Date Sent Filter and changed the default date range to be over the past 30 days instead of 14 days in the Sent Traffic Report and the Sent Form Detailed Traffic Report in the Portal.

  • Add the Ability to Edit the Address for Work Orders using the Work Order REST API Endpoint [SB-3196]
    Updated the Work Orders Endpoint to allow updating the Address set for the Work Order when using the PUT and POST methods in the REST API. The Address format in the Body of the web service calls match what is currently used when creating new Work Orders through the REST API.

  • Add a New Configuration to Not Display the Recipients Column in the Sent Forms Section of the Web App [SB-3197]
    Added a new Disable the View Recipients Option in Web App Setting that will hide the View Recipients column in the Sent Forms section of the Web App for all Users on a Company. The new Setting can be found on the System Settings tab in the Company Profile section of the Portal. 

  • Add User Type Column when the Filter Is Set to All Users and Recipients in the Users Section of the Portal [SB-3200]
    Added a User Type column when the User Type Filter is set to the "All Users and Recipients" option in the Users section of the Portal.

  • Add New User Role to Allow Customers to Publish Workflow Definitions in the Portal [SB-3201]
    Added a new System User Role called Workflow Publisher that can be assigned to trained Customer Administrators that are familiar with designing Custom Workflow Definitions. This Role can only be assigned by F2B Personnel. If you have interest in getting access to this new Role, please contact the F2B Professional Services Team.

  • Add a Reseller Licensing Report to the Reports Section of the Portal [SB-3208]
    Added a new Reseller Licensing Report that Companies setup as Resellers can use to see all Licenses linked to their Company in the Reports section of the Portal.

Bug Fixes

  • Investigate and Fix Not Being Able to Load the Table Data for Companies with Long Histories in the Workflow Admin section of the Portal [SB-3185]
    Fixed issues with loading the table data when using All selected for the # of Items to Filter for Companies with long histories of Forms in Workflow in the Workflow Admin section of the Portal.

  • Restore the My Queue Count Notifications for the Workflow Section of the Portal [SB-3202]
    Restored the notification bubble that indicated the current count of items for the currently logged in User in the My Queue subsection in the Workflow section of the Portal. Additionally, a notification bubble indicating the current My Queue count has been added to the top-level Workflow section of the Portal.

  • Investigate and Fix the Secure and SameSite Properties Not Being Initialized when Updating Cookie Values in the Portal [SB-3212]
    Fixed an issue with the Secure and SameSite properties not being initialized when updating the cookie values when logging into a single Company or when changing Companies for Multi-Company Users in the Portal. Hotfix deployed on 6/12/2023.

  • Investigate and Fix the Form Title Filter Not Returning Results in the Workflow Admin Section of the Portal [SB-3213]
    Fixed an issue with the Form Title Filter not returning the correct results in the Workflow Admin section of the Portal. Hotfix deployed on 6/12/2023.

  • Investigate and Fix Values Getting Appended to Datasource Results when Values Are Changed in Datasource Regions in the Web App [SB-3216]
    Fixed an issue with mapped Datasource Results including previously mapped values if the source Datasource Region is changed when filling out a Form in the Web App or the Workflow Form Viewer in the Portal. Hotfix deployed on 6/14/2023.
