Overview

This document details the release of the Portal upgrade including product enhancements and bug fixes. Details are covered in the sections below.

Product Enhancements

• Prevent Datasource Regions with a Single Value to Be Cleared if the Allow New Values Setting is Not Enabled in the Web App [SB-2839]
  Added preventative measures to not allow Users to delete single values in Datasource Mapping Regions when filling out Forms in the Web App.
  
  
• Prevent Datasource Regions with a Single Value to Be Cleared if the Allow New Values Setting is Not Enabled in Workflow [SB-2840]
  Added preventative measures to not allow Users to delete single values in Datasource Mapping Regions when approving Forms in the Workflow Form Viewer.
  
  
• Remove Address and Phone Fields from the the Company Information Sections in the Portal [SB-3077]
  Removed all Address fields and the Phone Number field from the Company Information tab in the Company Profile section of the Portal.
  
  
• Add Check to Require Login if a Session Expires while Filling Out Forms in the Web App [SB-3080]
  Added new checks to actively re-establish the browsing session when a User has been logged out due to inactivity while filling out a Form Draft in the Web App in the Portal.
  
  
• Change the Web App User Role to Be a New Setting in the Create/Edit Users Pages in the Portal [SB-3083]
  Updated the Web App User Role to be a new "Enable Web App Access" Setting on the Create and Edit User pages in the Users section of the Portal.
  
  
• Update the Role Assignment UI in the Create and Edit Users Pages in the Portal [SB-3085]
  Updated the Create and Edit User pages in the Users Section of the Portal to use a new UI for assigning Roles to prevent conflicting permissions and/or views and now enforces choosing between the Mobile Forms Administrator Role or other Specific Roles. Additionally, existing Users with the Mobile Forms Administrator Role will also have any other Roles removed to prevent further conflicts.
  
  
• Add Form Template and Date Created Columns to the Drafts Section in Web App [SB-3096]
  Added a Form Template name column and a Date Created column to the table in the Drafts section of the Web App. 
  
  
• Add Safeguard for Workflow Definitions to the Form Template Change Folder Action in the Form Templates Section of the Portal [SB-3105]
  Added new checks to update or disable associated Workflow Definition(s) enabled for a Form Template associated with a specific Folder when taking the Change Folder action in the Form Templates section of Portal.
  
  
• Add New Default Assignment Event to the Workflow History for Forms Triggering the Default Assign in Workflow [SB-3106]
  Added a new Workflow Event to the Workflow History that logs when a Default Assignment occurs in Workflow when an assignments fails to find a matching User or Group identified in a Custom Workflow Definition.
  
  
• Update the BCC Recipients Drop-Down Field to Include Recipients when Editing Folders in the Portal [SB-3113]
  Updated the BCC Recipients drop-down field to allow Recipients (in addition to Users) when editing Folders in the Folders section of the Portal.
