Mobile Forms Android Enterprise Version Re-Install Guide
Overview
This guide is designed to help you properly re-install the Enterprise Version of the Field2Base Mobile Forms app on Android devices. Re-installing can be useful if you are experiencing problems connecting, sending/receiving data, or viewing/submitting Forms. If your Device is out of sync with the server, a re-install may be required.

Warning: Uninstalling Mobile Forms will wipe all of your saved Drafts from the Device. Please make sure to send all Drafts before uninstalling Mobile Forms as they will not be accessible after you uninstall/reinstall.
1. Tap and hold on the Mobile Forms icon on your device.
2. Tap "Uninstall" to uninstall the app.
Resetting your Device
Before starting the Enterprise App installation process, the Mobile Forms Administrator for your company will need reset your device on the Devices page of the Portal.
Once your device has been reset, you will receive a confirmation email with the download link and your Activation ID.
