Mobile Forms iOS 7.2.8 Release Notes

Overview

This document details the 7.2.8 release of our Mobile Forms application for Android Devices. The version number shown in the app is 7.2.8 in the Portal and 7.2.8.0 in the App's Settings > About Mobile Forms Section.

Product Enhancements

  • Prevent Datasource Regions with a Single Value to be Cleared if the Allow New Values Setting is Not Enabled in the iOS App [SB-2837]
    Added a preventative measure to not allow Users to erase single values in Datasource Regions if the Allow New Values setting is not enabled for the Region when filling out Forms in the iOS App.

Bug Fixes

  • Add Animation to the Sync Icon when Background Syncs Occur in the iOS 7.2 App [SB-3188]
    Updated the Last Sync icon to animate when background syncs occur (and not just when a sync is forced) in the new UI of the iOS App.

  • Investigate and Fix Issues with the Date Picker for Date/Time Regions in Landscape Mode in the iOS 7.2.6 App for iPhones [SB-3199]
    Fixed an issue with the Date picker calendar widget not being displayed correctly for Date/Time Regions while in Landscape when filling out Forms on iPhones in the iOS 7.2 App.

  • Investigate and Fix Quick Copy Loading Photos for Camera Regions with Quick Copy Disabled in the iOS 7.2.6 App [SB-3207]
    Fixed an issue with all Camera Regions being populated with Photos during Quick Copy even when the Quick Copy setting is disabled for the Region in the iOS 7.2 App.

  • Investigate and Fix Datasource Regions Appearing Misaligned when Starting Blank Form Drafts in the iOS 7.2 App [SB-3209]
    Fixed an issue with the text in Datasource Regions not being aligned properly when a Blank Form Draft is initially loaded in the iOS 7.2 App.
