How to Whitelist the Field2Base Cloud Mail Server to Resolve Blocked E-Mails

Customers that use spoofing can whitelist Field2Base as an approved sender of the e-mail.

White List Settings (Azure Cloud)

  1. E-mail Address: noreply@field2base.com
  2. Domain: mailrelay.prod.field2base.com
  3. SPF Record: spf.fieldconnect.field2base.com

Using SPF

The SPF (Sender Policy Framework) checks whether a certain IP is authorized to send mail from a given domain. The SPF may lead to false positives and still requires the receiving server to do the work of checking an SPF record and validating the e-mail sender.
You may need to update your domain's SPF record to include a rule for our mail server. The rule to add is “include:spf.fieldconnect.field2base.com”.

Note: Our E-Mail Infrastructure does not currently support more modern facilities like DKIM. We no longer support providing the Server IP Address.
