How to Use Audio Regions

You can embed up to 30 seconds of audio recordings into an Audio Region in your digital Form.
Note: You will be asked to allow Mobile Forms to access your microphone the first time you attempt to record audio.

1. Tap on the Audio Region.

2. Tap the Record button (circle) to begin your recording.

3. Tap the Stop button (square in Android but the same circle button on iOS) to end your recording.

4. Tap the Play button (triangle) to play back your recording.

5. To re-record your audio, tap the Record button again to replace your audio file.
    

6. Once you have a recording in the Audio Region, you can long press to get more options.

A. Play - Tap to play back your recording.
B. Erase recording - Tap to erase your current recording.
C. Record - Tap to record over your current recording.

Note: When you send a Form that has an audio recording, an email is generated along with a PDF of the Form.  If you open the Form in Adobe Reader, you will be able to access the recording on the last page of the PDF by clicking on the icon.
