How to Customize the Sample Timesheet

Customize the Form Template

1. Download the Sample Timesheet Form Template from the Admin Portal (Admin > Form Templates).  The eForm file is also attached to this test article for your convenience.



2. Open the Sample Timesheet eForm in Forms Designer.

3. Rename the form by opening Form Properties and changing the Form Name to your desired timesheet name.



4. Click on Export to export the page background as an image. Edit the background using any image editing software to insert your logo. Save your updated background image.



5. Click on Replace then choose "Use Image File"  to replace the form background with your updated image.



6. Save your updated timesheet eForm then upload it to the Admin Portal (Admin > Form Templates) to replace the Sample Timesheet with your customized Timesheet.

Update the Drop-Down Values

1. Download the F2B Sample Timesheet Data File.xlsx Form Data File from the Admin Portal (Admin > Form Data Files). The form data file is also attached to this article for your convenience.




2. Open the file in Excel to edit the drop down values available in the timesheet. 
Warning: You cannot change the sheet name or the header names (highlighted in yellow). The drop-downs in your forms will no longer pull the data.      


The following table contains all of the drop-down regions in the form and which sheet/column they are pulling data from.

3. Save your updated Form Data File with the exact same file name (F2B Sample Timesheet Data File.xlsx) and upload your updated file to the Admin Portal (Admin > Form Data Files) to replace the sample data with your company's data.
