E-Mail Bounce Back Monitoring Report

A Summary Report that shows all E-Mail Bounce Backs received for your Company. Reports can be accessed in the Portal by going to Admin > Reports.

Filter Name	Description
Sender	Filter by the original Sender of the Form that resulted in a Bounce Back
Ref Num	Search on the Unique Reference Number for the Sent Form associated with the Bounce Back
Date Range	Search on a date range for the Bounce Back
Recipient	Search on the e-mail address of the Recipient that is associated with the Bounce Back

Column Name	Description
Sender	Name of the original Sender of the Form that resulted in a Bounce Back
Recipient	E-Mail Address of the Recipient that was associated with the Bounce back
Ref Num	Unique Reference Number for the Sent Form associated with the Bounce Back
Date	Date and Timestamp of the Bounce Back
Error Message	The error message that was parsed from the Bounce Back
