Common Installation Issues
1. User cannot download the Mobile Forms App from the App Store.
Solution: It is possible that your company does not allow access to the App Store. Contact your company's Mobile Forms Administrator and ask them to give you access. Mobile Forms Administrator(s) for a company can create App Store or Google Play Store accounts for Users and allow them access if security is in place.
2. Device is out of system storage.
Solution: The User can resolve this issue by removing other Apps or pictures from their device to free up space.
3. Activation ID is not valid (Enterprise version only).
Solution:
Contact your company's Mobile Forms Administrator and ask them to give check the Activation ID for your device. Mobile Forms Administrator(s) can refer to the article on Managing Devices for details on how to find or create an Activation ID.
