Cannot Find a Form in the Portal
If you cannot access a Form that you expect to see in either the Sent Forms or Form Templates section of the Portal, it is likely that you do not have access to the Folder that the Form is in. You will need to reach out to your company's Mobile Forms Administrator to grant you access to that Folder. Mobile Forms Administrators can refer to the
